This is the letter of complaint I have drafted just now.. Its still hot & fresh!!!

Hi XXX,

I m writing with ANGER and DISAPPOINTMENT on the service I received this evening from your Hxllywxxd Secrxts branch in Paragon Orchard.

I went for an eyebrow trimming and was assigned to a staff by the name of XXX. At 1st she called for my name and when I approached her, she looked at me fiercely and said who are you, I was shocked at her tone but then I was warned by my friend she is always very rude to her customer hence I just sat down to her demand.

And the nightmare began; she started to yak very loudly on how ugly my eyebrow was trimmed by another salon and forcefully humiliated me by mocking on my appearance saying I have a pretty face, big eyes and extension eyelashes also no use cos I got a very ugly eyebrow. Guys will not notice my eyes but my ugly eyebrows.

If my eyebrows are beautifully shaped, why do I need to go to Hxllywxxd Secrxts to waste my $15!!!!

She went on loudly insisted that I had shaved my eyebrows and kept saying I lied when I said my regular shop I went didn't shave it. While she was trimming, she kept on letting a mocking loud & said if a guy look at gals, he will look at eyebrows 1st & said if I m a beggar, I also have to have a beautiful eyebrows!!!!!!!! Even asked me to buy brandy to apply on my eyebrows!!!!!!

If she said all those nonsense in a nice way, I will not be SO angry but she raised her voice and look at me up and down as though I don't deserve to be sitting to be served by her!!! And she said if I don't like her way of talking & lecturing, next time I can do't ask for her service (which I didn't!!!) she don't care at all cos she got other customers!!!

Unspeakable rude behavior like tissue was throw right at my face and the terrible rude tone when asked me to hold the mirror make me very VERY ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had actually book an appt for a body scrub before my eyebrow trimming but after being served by her, I cancelled it on the spot just now!!!!

It is my 1st visit to Hxllywxxd Secrxts and this is definitely my last one because of her, MISS XXX!!!!!!!

I learn from your other staffs there, I m not the only one who complain about her. How come u as a boss of such a reputable company can allow a such staff exists!!!!! I will not tolerate this type of service and will definitely warn all my friends and relatives and even the forums I patron frequently about her!!!!

I have been in this world for 28 years old never did I received such humiliation and I do hope u will give me a good explanation and compensation on the humiliation I had face!!
